Thank you for your video tutorials. Nice disassembly

Guy, I think that this video shows why this RZR is aimed at the Losi "Elite Fan" type of RC enthusiast. The high quality of the internals is unquestionable. There is likely a more stream-lined method of disassembly, but I like your "Western" style approach! You remind me of my Dad, who was a master diesel mechanic when he was alive. It didn't matter what was broke down, gas or diesel, truck, tractor or car... he would tear it down, fix it and have it running like new in a jiffy! Caterpillar tried to get him to come to Chicago to work with their engineering dept. back in the 60s because of his unnatural ability to listen to a tractor and just instinctively know what was wrong and tear it down and fix it! His ability was quite uncanny! My brothers and I got some of his mechanical ability, but nothing like what he was gifted with! He was truly a one of a kind! Thanks for this video and the great memories that it brought back!

It's funny because the mechanical ability that's in my family my dad and my mom I have it My son has it My daughter has it she just doesn't use it to its full extent but it's there and I know it is I just wish sometimes she would realize what she's got and most of everything is self-taught It's crazy genetics can sometimes be an awesome thing for sure 👍💯👊

@@rcguygarage I inherited art talent from somewhere in the family and my son is an incredible artist and custom hand made boot maker. My actual forte is shooting handguns and some artistic stuff as well as mechanical abilities. All my brothers and their kids are good with their hands. I started a goal at the end of last year, I have to hit a soft ball at 320 yards using my old open sighted hunting handgun, a Ruger SBH .44 magnum. I only get 6 shots every month until I get it done. Last year I came within 14 inches, but I'm blaming that on the poor field rest I was forced to use! As soon as I can get back up to the woods, I'll see about hitting that soft ball again first thing this spring! I'll let you know how that goes...

@@rcguygarage I guess that's a fact! I could tell you some stories, but I don't really like to talk about myself like that. I only mentioned it because I consider you a friend and felt like sharing something about myself! I have a question about modifying my Maxx V2 that you might be able to help with! I'm thinking about gearing it down a bit and seeing if it will take a little bit bigger tire for added ground clearance! What are your thoughts about that?

I'm thinking there should be enough space down on the bottoms of the chassis to add some weights so it lowers the center of gravity enough to make it a bit more stable. Not gonna lie, even though it's not scale, I think I like the tires you threw onto it.

If recorded with a Go Pro, Go Pro uses a unique mov compression that makes other software hard to use. Try opening in Go pro software and exporting it. Had similar problems. Think it is the way the mov file is compressed that causes a conflict. Not a Mac issue as such but a go pro. If recorded on an Android phone could be the same compression issues. Yes it is a hazel when everyone try's to make everyone use a not common compression file. Compassion methods seem to keep changing as well.

Decent quality I'll admit! But still ! No way I would pay that price! It just doesn't add up! If you have to pay so much for licensing and have to jack up the price to cover your butt doesn't make any difference! No way in hell would I pay that much when I can get 2 3s armmas for the same price! But I do love what losi brings to the table! And yes I do own a losi!! Thank for the break down guy! You always deliver! 👍👍😎👽

I'm on the fence with this thing , I'm first off wondering what to do about the stupid tires it comes with ,also why didn't they put real hexs on it !?!?! But I like the look and style of it , I'm a fox rc guy for sure , so I'm thinking about getting one of these , great info video , that's a great looking project for us guys who actually enjoy doing this kind of stuff , I really need to figger this tire thing before I get one ,thanks for the info looks like , if we keep it out of the puddles , it's built well enough, not to worry about anything till something breaks , thanks to your video , I would just leave it alone ,LOSI QUALITY through our ! AWSOME ! Hey ! Just throwing it at ya , check out the corally ASUGA , man that's some time invested in design , I just got one and it's just amazing stuff dude , that's all I can say for a buggy type thing , wow ! Where rc has gone in my 35 years of insanity is UNBELIEVABLE !!!

What do you mean real hexes they're quality metal hexes that are set screwed on are you saying 17 mm hexes are something that's real Is that what you mean because not all vehicles need 17 mm hexes or are you saying it should have 24 mm hexes If you did that the tire options need to be limited for this RC The tire that I ended up swapping it to is a 12 mm hex and the tire fits absolutely perfect You talk about the stock tires kind of being junk but they're actually not, for how the vehicle is intended to be driven remember this vehicle is designed and intended to be driven in a scale way That's why they put scaleness into the RC there's just way too much to talk about I should go live so that we can all just bash each other
