The film clip is from a 1999 sci-fi film about a VR scenario set between 2 time periods the early 1930's and contemporary America.The actors are Vincent D'Onofrio as the younger man and German/American actor Armin Mueller Stahl as the older man,who is the owner of the IT company that has developed the VR computer game that takes over peoples lives. The clip fits the mood of the song perfectly,pity the video producers did not credit the film makers clearly

Thanks, I was wondering too I thought it's from a film from 1930 era but the picture is very 'HD' for that era (don't get me wrong I know that old analog films were all recorded in HD), appeared that it's a recreation of 1930 era by using 1999 technology, pretty authentic I'd say.
