I'm the biggest noob medic out there, so I probably don't know anything you don't already know. Other than use the Crusader's Crossbow, and don't over extend, aka stay alive haha. Also make sure your game settings are setup to your preferences, there's a few for medic.

By just playing Heavy or any other hitscan class. Heavy bots can be just as annoying as the Sniper ones, especially with their infinite crit exploits.
