The Thankless Job of a BIM/CAD Manager

Just try being the BIM guy at an MEP firm. We've been using Revit for 13 years and I'm still trying to justify its existence to people. Probably 25% of people at a management level in the MEP industry could even tell you what the differences between AutoCAD and Revit are. All they care about is getting that deliverable out the door, they don't want to hear about how the sausage gets made.

Great presentation but the Quote from Yoshi Honda is a terrible reference as he was very self centred and would have not gotten to where they brought Honda without his Brainiac engineer.
