The band, was Matt Johnson in studio. When he went out on the road, he was graciously joined by Johnny "Fucking" Marr, and David Palmer......Matts genius was light-years ahead of sampling and midis.......

Matt Johnson/Johnny Marr et al - amazing, saw them in Perth WA on that tour in late 1980s. Saw them again in Melbourne, 2019 - so good - band amazing, pity Johnny Marr couldn't have come too! That first gig in late 80s was one of the best I've ever seen. xxG

Violence of Truth and Sweet Bird of Truth are my favourite songs from The The ,and I have to say that is one of the greatest bands from the 80's till now but Infected and Mind bomb are masterpieces definitliy and thanks for this upload..cheers!
