@nox13853 жыл бұрын
True, especially if she was used to making suicidal threats, he must have thought that okay it's one of those days and relaxed instead of being alarmed💔 It's sad coz he will always think that if he had done things differently, maybe he couldn't have stopped her. I can't imagine the pain, yet in reality he couldn't have known how deep her sorrows were that day and how low had she sunk into those ideas that pushed her towards seeing ending her life as the best option 😭💔

It's crazy how we normalise toxicity and gaslighting. So we don't take it seriously when a person says they're gonna commit suicide. I think it takes a looooot fora person to say such. So the fact that yall are saying he didn't think she'd actually do it is crazy in every way possible!
@CJr_M3 жыл бұрын
@@kholekaaaa6150 the majority of people who say it, don't actually do it. That's the problem. It's kind of like how your mom would threaten to divorce your dad, but doesn't actually do it even if your dad doesn't change the situation. It's not normalising toxicity. At some point you just don't know what to do and you just give up. I've dealt with very similar situations with friends that wanted to take their lives away. I'm happy we have suicide lines(even though they're not perfect), because if we're being honest, 99.99% of us would not have known how to alter the situation.
@kholekaaaa61503 жыл бұрын
@@CJr_M Exactly my point just because people don't actually do it does not mean there aren't people who don't do it. Like your example states dad is the problem and she wants to divorce dad but she doesn't actually do it because she's okay with what dad is doing, she's normalized his behavior!

The fact that AKA is not being updated about the case, shows that the police are viewing him as a suspect.🥴
@msm58873 жыл бұрын
But that is standard procedure- until proven innocent, the spouse (and close family and friends, but in this case him being the last person to see her alive) is always and always has been treated as a suspect in cases of this nature
@nokwandazimu92083 жыл бұрын
@@msm5887 makes sense...but he said they had ruled him out as a suspect after the 3 interviews they had with him so as far as he knows he is not a suspect in the case...that’s how I even came to commenting this because he had said they didn’t say he was a suspect...
@msm58873 жыл бұрын
Yes Kwandi, as far as he is concerned, they are not going to go to him and say “you are a suspect” but the actual investigation is always centred around the family and friends, particularly the spouse. Until the investigators have concrete evidence that he is innocent. I also read where he said he was not a suspect, but investigation does not work that way, in such cases, particularly around the spouse. Honestly, I do not believe he killed her. But there are holes in just what he shared in this interview, of which if I were an investigative officer- let me tool 😣. But shame, I don’t believe he physically pushed her. I could be wrong. But that is why he is not getting any update, that is why they interviewed Zinhle, he is not not a suspect, in the sense that they can arrest him, but in the eyes of the investigation- by virtue of being a spouse and the last person to see her alive, with no witnesses of what happened in the moments building up to her death, in the eyes of investigation he is a “suspect “ until proven innocent.

Mental health or not, people need to allow themself to be functional members of society, couples and family fight from time to time, she just needed to manage her way of reacting, so did AKA.

@thokozanidube96053 жыл бұрын
Their relationship was probably very toxic. We don't know them, but can only assume. But just imagine a narcissist (AKA) and a young lady who threatens suicide everytime she is emotional (upset or angry). People assume he is guilty just because he didn't rush downstairs to her after she jumped. Would you personally be able to watch over a "suicidal" person 24/7. The scary thing is that you honestly don't know when they mean it when they say they will kill themselves. If they will actually go through with it or if it's just a threat. I wouldn't be able to go check on my partner after he jumps because i'd be too traumatized to even move. People react differently to trauma. So we honestly cannot judge their relationship because we didn't know what happened behind closed doors besides the few videos we saw which can be interpreted in any way.

Well, as he said in this interview, his mother asked him if he is able to handle the situation and his response was that he wont abandon someone in need. He abandoned her emotionally and physically.
@vintontm3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I have been robbed 3 times. First time I fought back, second time I ran and the third time it happened I just froze. I suffered from post traumatic syndrome the third time it happened but didn't suffer from it from the other two incidents. So we do react to trauma differently and other things too. That's why I always say that we shouldn't expect us in other people. How you would react to a situation is not how I will react to it.
@julietboakyeyiadom43723 жыл бұрын
Very sensible 👌
@mmaphadimotholo15733 жыл бұрын
You summed my thoughts so perfectly! People want to say things like: “but why didn’t he do that..a normal reaction is this” ...but very often our minds react differently in “abnormal situations “. WE DONT ACT THE SAME. And seemingly Anele was suffering with mental health- yes her relationship didn’t help but if she didn’t jump that day- she might have tried it some other time. She honestly needed the right psychological assistance. I’m not taking away from the fact that AKA was probably abusive etc. But really, this Situation is very nuanced.
@kgomotsotlhapane20763 жыл бұрын
I must say I concur with you, people react differently to trauma. I'm sure he wouldn't have been able to handle seeing his wife to be kill herself in front of him. I guess we as the public because we were not there we just want to put blame on AKA and we just want to see him pay for Aneles death because they were together and we don't actually know what transpired on that day even though he is pouring his heart out. This interview gave me a while new perspective because I was one of those people who believe that he is guilty of her death, but the way he speaks so fondly of her and the hurt and pain in his eyes I really believe that he did not kill her. He looks devastated, I cannot imagine how AKA life is like on a daily basis these kinds of allegations must be taking a toll on him, not forgetting that he is still grieving and he is not dealing with his loss properly. What this ordeal is doing to him emotionally I can only imagine I honestly feel for the guy a person can only take so much.

As a parent, a wife soon turning 50, looking back 2 the fisrt few years of marriage my husband and i went through the very same situations. Out of frustration i had numerously thought of leaving, going and never to return. In turn my husband wanted to drive through a wall or doen the bridge on the highway. Lòking back now, it was 2 very strong characters, stubborn and pig headed. But through time and devotion and mainly bcos we both were way older, we settled in. Now we have better understanding, both older, calmer and more mature. Thank Gid that its now behind us and that through this phase God was still our center. I believe many married couples will agree that when two very passionate ppl meet esp when they r younger, less experienced and still experiencing life and its scares( both with self and an other), it can get to this. Thank God that eveey time we went through this, and i thought of suicide . 1 thing stopoed me was my mom and kids, but now i wouldn't dare bcos of the very person whose extremesi have learnt to understand, and he in turn no longer tolerates my own extremes bcos they r no longer there. If someone you love and spend significant time with has mental health issues, it is inevitable that you also "have" mental health issues. By summer, the internet will be on someone else's case and this will all be in the past. Everyone is still hurting and this is not the time to be opening the floor to allow people to poke and shove in your business. That's just me. I'd disappear for a while. You can tell nje that he's NOT okay😕

I believe if Neil was alive non of this would have appeared, it’s weird how all informations comes out whens she’s dead, why not when she was a alive, what kind of friends are there, they care about her only when she’s dead Tf because honestly all of this bickering and blaming will not really solve anything because everyone one has it’s own truth. Tbh I think the father is using this as PR to protect his image, even from the start to say during the funeral it wasn’t knowing very well his daughter has been struggling suicide ? But instead labels her as a person who misuses drugs? I mean what does that say about him? The fact that he been in 2 relationships and non have complained about him being a abusive an now over sudden his abusive, don’t get me wrong the girl wasn’t mentally okay too, calling sho majodzi at 1am telling her to stop calling her man then next day a gig is cancelled because of her, secondly she sends a pic of your private part to bonang unprovoked saying her thing is tighter, that’s utter shame.

If she was that young she would have dated someone her age then, age is nothing but a number a person does not mature because of age, alone, there's a lot of contributing factors. This relationship was toxic and Anele was on medication for a reason. Rest in peace both these troubled souls.

Perks of being a celeb. Nothing about you is private and people feel like they have opinions about what happens in your life💔 Regardless of him telling the truth or not and the nature of his Wife’s death I really feel for him. He is unable to mourn and grieve in peace like all other humans just because he is AKA , so cruel. May Anele’s soul find peace regardless of all the noise that is in their house. I am not justifying anything about all this or AKA’s responses , nor am I ignoring The signs that the relationship was abusive but ...he’s also human at the end of the day. He has a right to privacy and we really shouldn’t have an opinion on his personal life.
