Hi Elle I recently came across you videos and I'm so glad I did. You provide get advice. I come to notice that when it comes to manifesting that I need to practice detachment and grounding. I would love to see you create a video about these two if possible. Also is it okay to just set out time to manifest then move on to your next manifest or should you wait awhile after each manifestation? Thank you ❤🙂

Hi there! It’s totally okay. When I have a desire that’s what I do. My goal is to saturate my mind with the idea of that outcome and once it’s saturated I move on. It’s done! We don’t have to beat something into submission, we are here to live and enjoy our lives ❤️

Hello Elle.Thanks for the information. My sp is showing up the way i want him to be but sometimes he is acting differently like the old pattern. Please guide me how to deal with it cause if i stay calm with him he feels that i am not bothered and not remained loyal/consistent with him so acting calmer with him in those situation i used to react before.He said me so.. please guide me. A way you can actually feel what your desire is knowing without a doubt that you created everything you have in your life right now just by imagining. so you need to understand that if you have everything rn because you imagined it then you can get your desire just by imagining it.

What do you do with abusive family? You let them go but mentally I can’t let go pain and just want them love from them but they say we only going to abusive that’s us we can’t change you are sensitive take it or leave so how is that us?

I’m so sorry to hear, dear. First you make sure that you are okay and get away from the abuse. This is part of learning to put your first and prioritising your well-being. Then you deal with the pain and limiting beliefs that were triggered in this relationship. You reinforce your sense of being good enough, worthy, lovable, etc. And if you feel like it’s worthy of putting your energy into changing your assumptions about your family, you can work on that too. Basically, you heal your beliefs about them. It’s not about what they said, just choose to see them as healed people that are mentally healthy, balanced, and able to have a good relationship with the people around them. You do that and go live your life, get busy making your life great for yourself and at some point they will come to you as a different version of them.

My mind just feels fear and I have left them but mentally I can’t. I just want to forget them move on with ptsd they caused.
