She’s got 3 dogs too and I was loving all over them. They probably hate to see Auntie Deb come for a visit because I can’t keep my hands off of them. 😂

Jamie not sure if you read the comments but I would like to say Thank you for your idea on saving and jarring up Sherpa 's hair , because I would bag up hair while I brushed our Husky and I bottled up some of his hair so Thank you. Our Husky passed away in May.

Here's an idea...why not have an armchair for the little area by the log burner where the shelves are and turn the shelves 90 degrees so it fits by the door behind the chair? That way you can sit in the warm while Sherpa's out... or you can get dog/cat flaps that fit in glass doors...😁

jamie you can use your puffy two fold......as a foot stool but also create a makeshift table top with using glass or wood to create a solid surface in a pinch.

How many shades of white...I laughed. The footstool is great. I don't think you need a coffee table. Just use a tray on it for a flat surface. Push it under the window for extra seating. Good choice in radiator color and style. Looks great. It's good you live in the house a bit and then decide what you want and what will fit. Best way to do it. You've made some excellent choices.

I use black wheelie bin bags .....240 ltrs .......it saves bin getting mucky n smelly ....... You need a pair of weekly boots n wax waterproof jacket ..... That yellow vehicle ...looked like an American school bus ...... Radiator looks good ......good thinking for wood burner...... Better than in lounge ..plus you can still see it from your perch ...... Everything looks very nice Jamie. I've said it before,I really love your house and property. I would like to be able to find something like that for myself. I live in a three bedroom two story house. It's to big for just me and my dog's. Time to downsize to a one story house with a big yard and a garage. I have a three stall garage that is too small for my truck and boat to fit in. You’re really making the house your own now with each new thing you do Jamie.The fire will do the trick nicely as it will be heating the whole space rather than just one room.Radiators are excellent but they really dry out the air in the house.I used to put small bowls near mine to help stop that!until we brought the last house we owned with tall ceilings and thick walls.Boy no matter what you had to dress warm in the winter in that house,but it was always nice and cool in the summer,go figure lol!.I love the way Sherpa is so settled here,both in the garden and in the house.I laughed at the look he gave you when you was telling us what he was having for dinner ,it was definitely “ do you mind ,tell then later and give me my dinner I am hungry and your still holding it “ lol!..He certainly has a lot of expressions,he knows you so well ha!ha!ha!, but he’s such a good boy..Love n Hugs 🥰

The silver bucket is flan inside compost bin, the outside bin though is tiny. The ones we have here in Canada are all tue same size as your garbage bin. Garbage, Compost and Recycling.

May i suggest something: get a petrolium burner, there are ways to get them in a legal way somewhat cheap. We had to get them in belgium for €23 per liter and it's a clean burning fuel😉
