She had strong uncontrolled magic powers, so could not live with other elves. She was found and saved by The Last Dragon General Laplace, who locked her powers. She lived with him for a long time on the highest mountain. Laplace told her his origin, and so Rostelina wanted somehow to help him. That's why somewhere around the beginning of 2 Kishirika's human-demon war he put her in the magic tank, so in future Rostelina can release her mana and give it to Orsted. But Laplace lost to Fighting God and ritual wasn't finished properly. That's why she was locked in the magic crystal and lost all memories.
