Too bad Panchito's voice actor passed away long ago, he had such a beautiful voice

Hes one of my favorite Disney voices. Honestly I'm just sad this and For Whom the Bulls Toil are his only roles. :( His voice was so unique too

Reckless gun usage and casual utterance of the word "gay" (to mean 'lighthearted and carefree'). What a time it must have been.

It was 1944. Brazil sent its Expeditionary Forces to Europe, Mexico sent its own to the Philippines and the United States was supplying the equipment.

@@connorbrown4924 Not so much my great uncle himself just his song was requested to me added. It's a Mexican folk song well known in his state of Jalisco hence the name.

You only need add a crazy French-Quebec woodpeaker named something like Roux Erable (Red Maple) and you'd have the four largest nations of the Americans represented with this group, Donald (USA), Roux (Canada), Jose (Brazil), and Panchito (Mexico).

Come across a lot of people on KZbin, celebrities from videos/films/music or relatives of which. Did he have two more Ernesto Cortazar's (II & III) after him who were also music composers.......I wonder if they thought about your great great uncle or his son/grandson when they came up with the character Ernestor De La Cruz from Coco, probably not, but it's an amusing idea.

Lyrics:Were three caballeros Three gay caballeros They say we are birds in our feathers Were happy amingos no matter where he goes The One two three goes Were always together Were three happy chappies With snappy sarapes Youll find us beneath our sombreos Were brave and will stay so Were bright as a peso Who say so We say so The Three caballeros (Trombone)oooooooh We have the stars to guide us Guitars here beside us To play as we go We sing and we samba We shout ¡Ay caramba! What means ¡Ay caramba! Oh yes i dont know Ooooooh Through fair or stormy weather We stand close together Like book on a shelf And pals would be maybe When some latin baby yes no or maybe (wolf whistle) Each man for him self Ay jalisco no te rajes Me sale del alma Gritar con calor Abrir todo el pecho Pa echar este grito Que lindo es jalisco Palabra de Honor

It's high time more Americans started acknowledging the Mexican roots of a lot of Country Western music - you can hear the influence on a lot of square dance music just in the instrumental part, showing how far back the crossover goes.

Ay Jalisco no te rajes. Ay= is an exclamation Jalisco= Mexican region know for his chivalry machos. No te rajes= is an expression which in this song means "don't withdraw yourself"/ "man up" "show your balls".
