The Three Degrees (1975) - TV Special England

In 1975 The Three Degrees, while touring Europe, recorded a TV special for the BBC. In this TV special they sang 'Love theme' 'Don't rain of my parade", 'What are you doing the rest of your life', 'If and when', 'MacArthur Park', 'Love train' and ofcourse their hits.

The Three Degrees Are The Most Prettiest and Beautiful Girl Group Singers of All time! Their VOICES are Heavenly and the Vocal Ranges by All Three of Singers are just Simply Beautiful and Awesome! I remembered when The Three Degrees Released Their Song, " When Will I See Again", it brought Tears to my Eyes, and I Started Crying! My parents both worked my Brothers and Sisters and I didn't come home, we went instead to Some after school caregiver, and this Song by "Three Degrees When Will I See You Again" Hit home! My Brother's, Sisters, and Myself after Mid-60's to Early 70's were Definitely Missing Our Parents! My Mom & Dad didn't realize The Affect of Not Coming Home to "A-True Home Was Missing in Our Lives"! Good thing we had Each other's Backs and Our Faith in Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior! I'm from a Very Hard Working American Catholic Christian Family during 1960's and 1970's Our Busted Our and Worked Every Blessed thing that came Our way! Thank You Jesus Christ for Sending my Mother Home To Us! And Thank You Three Degrees for Your Beautiful Song that Inspired my Brother's and Sister's, and Myself to preserve a Very, Very, Difficult time in Our Lives! Thank You, You Ladies are a Beautiful Blessing from Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!!!!

my mum's favorite group in the seventies alongside Barry White and Manhattan Transfer.... now she's 88 and dement and on her way to heaven, but whenever she listens to "old" music, she hums or sings along and her hands wave with music in the air.... and the Three Degrees were special, so elegant and sophisticated with the voices and their philly sound. Vocally they were brilliant and who wouldn't sing along to their big hits... sigh

To me these Three beautiful talented ladies WERE the BEST Three Degrees ,nothing compares to their harmonies.Talent at its best which nowadays is not the same,these ladies strived for perfection time after time. I am so glad i was growing up to appreciete this music in the seventies Three Degrees and would never part with my records .Miss Sheila singing when she left the group , RIP Fayette and Thankyou Valerie for making the Three Degrees to 60 years .Superb.

They are so talented with such great vocals and versatility and overall professionalism of the highest caliber. The version of Love's Theme herein (at time = 8:13) is superb... they didn't record this song as far as I can tell which is too bad (for me!), but it's certainly better than the vocal version by Love Unlimited.

The Three degrees joined The Sound of Philadelphia, where Barry white RIP was all ready part of, which the Three degrees done the backing singing in the MFSB, The Sound of Philadelphia was pure Disco in the 70s with the likes of O'Jays, Harold and the Blue Notes, Spinners, Wilson Picket and many others I believe there was around 30 artist and groups, and they dominated the disco charts worldwide
