Steven Crouch explains the Three Principles in this easy to understand whiteboard explainer video. He learned directly from Sydney Banks many years ago and has taught the Three Principles in person thousands of times. This is the first look at him explaining the Three Principles on video. This easy to understand explanation has helped many people see their own wellness as innate and given them the freedom to hold on to it, rather than rely on others for it.

6:31 My clients were getting touched by something bigger than what they thought was a problem. I am a physician in Silver Spring, Maryland and did this with a patient today. First time. He was healed just from talking this way. Something bigger than what he thought was a problem. It blew his mind. Don't overthink any of this. It is beyond analytical mind, small mind. We are talking a Mind that transcends our regular mind. And it is not at all possible to figure this out with your "mind".

Howdy Katie!! Wow look at where we are now. Being able to get the word out about the 3Ps has been 20 plus year endeavor one person at a time. Now that I am learning technology and social media I can hopefully reach more. Please share with others, watch more, comment often and enjoy always. Merry Christmas to you and your wonderful family.

Thank you Katie for being a partner in watching. As I learn this “new” platform of helping others is there a subject that you believe might be helpful?

I really like the illustration of the reel to reel video projector as an example of how we are all experiencing life as our own personal "movie". Learning about The Three Principles has had a profound influence in every area of my life for the better. These principles inform my approach to parenting, friendship, personal development, family relationships, and leading others in the workplace. I'm looking forward to seeing your future posts and continuing to grow in my own understanding of wellness!

Darn it!!! I am so lame with this technology stuff. I replied so long ago to your comment but never sent it. So hopefully this one posts. It was awesome to come to your workplace and share with all of your staff the SIMPLICITY of understanding where health comes from. I'll be going out on a limb soon with PODCASTS that would make your drive time GREAT AGAIN. Please share anytime and expect that I will reply back asap. Enjoy your day. embraced.life/contact/

It is impossible to be unconscious. You may not be conscious of the things that you think you are supposed to be conscious of, but you are conscious of some kind of experience. It can’t always be described in words. Even when sleeping. One of my previous teachers used to say sleep appears in you. Something is aware of that state in which nothing is being perceived. Unless it is a dream, but many people do not perceive their dreams while sleeping. I’m sure I’m not explaining it very well but I bet it fits the three principles. But I have to admit that I still didn’t get it. I would rather hear of an example from someone’s real life, not a metaphor about a camera or any of the others that are often used in spiritual circles. I get the sense that people who teach the three principles, and I have listened to a few, mean something very different when they use the word life. Most people mean a series of events or conditions, plus their thoughts about those events and conditions. They think of that as their life. But I don’t think that’s what people who teach three principles mean by life.

Really loved your explanation. Your mention of your wife's personal movie theatre which is "subtitled" just cracked me up!! Thank you. ❤

It is wrong to say that we ourselves create the experience through our thoughts. Thoughts appear by themselves, we have no control over them. It would be correct to say that the mind creates thoughts for us.

PS. I’m trying to understand what they mean by thought. Thought with a capital T. Because it seems to be something more than just sentences we hear in our minds or possibly pictures of events we see in our minds and when we say mind, we mean something that seems to happen Inside what we call our head. But they seem to mean something else by thought with a T.

Very interesting and i love your analogy if the dilm reels. Isnt it fascinating that the "reel" you watch (ie your through your own consciousness) is what you experience as "real" . Thanks that's got me "really" thinking 😊

I discovered the 3Ps less than a week ago and have already had numerous insights.. it is really exciting - and I hope this can help heal my anxiety attacks. I am hoping for an insight as to how I can live better with my tinnitus. The sounds in my head leads to instant catastrophic thoughts when I wake up at night and I have had anxiety attacks every day/night for over 9 months. Any wise words? ⚘

What is an example of us creating form? I have to say when I was a high school teacher, and we had to teach some thing that was a general category, we had to give examples of what it was, and examples of what it was not. Then we gave the students more examples, and they had to sort them, and would learn even often by making mistakes how something fit into or didn’t fit into a category and then they understood it better. Then they could generalize. But I rarely hear people on the Internet of any capacity doing that.
