Wow, that must've been annoying. Quite a bulky way to carry tobacco. Yeah, get yourself a pouch, they run pretty cheap usually and will keep your baccy fresh.

Also, ghosting would probably more prevalent with aromatics that are heavily cased, for obvious reasons. I will have to check out a good tobacco pouch. Cheers! 🍻

I had tobacco in my pouch with the same type of lining for about a year, it was still somewhat moist and still smokable after a year of me forgetting about it lol.

I like the look of that tobacco pouch, stylish 😎. I had Captain Black Royal in my Boswell pouch with a surgical rubber lining (insert dirty joke here) for about 2 months, holy crap it smelled & tasted like rubber (insert 2nd dirt joke here) 😁. Enjoyed the review, new sub!

Watching the Tick (ep 1-6), and I say to myself... I know that guy! Pause screen and say yeah... I know that guy! LOL Credits roll and I'm like yeah I was right. LOL Very cool! Congrats on the show. I think its great. Loved watching the cartoon when I was younger. Nice review on the pouch. I have one that's similar, not as nice, but it works well.

I tried a pouch similar to one like this for my chew...could always taste that rubbery liner ...I tossed it...I wonder how just a plain leather would do?

I can understand how chew can give that unpleasant flavor, but surgical lining typically doesn't give a scent to the tobacco. If anything the tobacco gives a scent to it. But just plain leather would dry out your tobacco much faster.... which would be sad.
