Awesome level of detail! Other videos I have found just ran through the moves at a pro level, this really helped me nail the movements!

Great video Sensei - thank you! Quick question - when we're doing the rounds (for example 5 min, 3 rounds) during the round, do you have a recommended pattern for repeating the different parts? Like, 10 Whip, 10 Kick the Door, 10 Gekko, 10 Around the World, repeat for the whole time?

Hi Greg, thats a good question. You may chose the pattern you want. Most important is that you do not lose the flow. Also, the ideal scenario is that you are able to practice all of them more or less the same length (reps or time).
