Watching this oldie but goodie, and remembering the good old days of a more simple and elegant intro... oh the sweet nostalgia 🤭😁😉

it seems to me that tilt eq could well be a good choice for 90% of eq moves needed. i sometimes waste so much time on eqs.

I can really see using this for keyboards. So many times I'm pushing the highs and cutting the lows in a graphic EQ to get them to sit in the mix better. This sounds so much better and is easier to set up. Thanks, Kenny!

Reformed protools user here. Firstly thanks for all the videos you've made, they've helped so much with the learning curve. Secondly, I clicked on this video thinking this eq is probably something I'll never use, but only a few minutes in I could see it's very useful indeed

Great knowledge and tip! I hope you keep introducing us the unleashed beast inside JS effects. We tend to underestimate their awesome ability from the really simple interface they had.

Before I watched this I never heard of or cared about a Tilt EQ; but, Kenny rocks so hard that I watched this, just because of his reputation, and, OF COURSE, it was great. As Richard Prior said about ____sy, at worst, Kenny's Reaper Mania videos are, at worst, good. I've told many people to try Reaper and Kenny with Reaper Mania is one of the best selling points for this product. I'm just about to do another 48 Hour Film Project and this method is something I will probably use to make more interesting score. Thanx Kenny. You are my Reaper Hero, man!

Really very usable in all productions. Not to mention that it is a plug-in of little processing, with surprising results. Thank you, my friend.

This is great. I would have never thought to look for or even use tilt EQ if it wasn't for this video. Thank you.

Very helpful especially the visuals at the beginning. I don't like doing EQ much and this simple sliding "bass" "treble" feature should speed things up a lot. I might try it with Voxengo Span to see what it does live in action. Thanks.

That is a particularly useful method of equilsation. Thanks Kenny.

How does the ReaEQ setup from the start sound? What's the advantage of this JSPlugin over that (assuming there is one) ?

Does it actually differ from a low Q shelf with 'autogain' type feature??

How did you make ReaEQ act like a tilt EQ?

@@trevsaudio - I went ahead and made a preset that (more or less) does what Kenny was demonstrating. Here's the link: stash.reaper.fm/v/35108/TiltEQtest.RfxChain
