it is actually really bad for you/your body if you deprive yourself of sleep and sleep in on the weekends! a more structured sleep schedule is best for your health, rather than a fluctuating one. xo it's the reason why i stopped sleeping in on the weekends, i try to sleep earlier on the weekdays (usually doesn't happen), and i keep to waking at the same time over the weekends. it feels honestly amazing.
