Steve, I wrestle with the "power" of *material things/circumstances - telling myself, on the one hand, that it doesn't matter in a context of spirit and the ephemoral, but on the other hand - aesthetic and linear beauty, an urban garden and substantial, intelligent architecture - and then interiorly: a great bed, fabrics, sheets, high quality food ----- yes, yes, these do bring pleasure to our days, these do matter. Given the choice to live in higher aesthetics versus not, I'd think most "conscious" soals would opt for physical quality. "Bedford Square-" beautiful and relevant. Cheers, and thanks as always.

What beautiful 😍 houses with plenty of plaques. It must be nice to have your own square. It's hard to believe that it is so near Tottenham Court road. Are not all of the houses homes ? So nice and quiet I would love to live there.

can you imagine, this is my square and keep out! Most of the houses are offices, but there is also student accommodation as well as some homes :) Incredibly quiet for Central London!
