For someone like me, who dwells in ASMR as a means for relaxation, it can sometimes feel like a waste of time, so I heavily appreciate the ASMR videos that incorporate some sort of learning in them so it doesn't always feel like I'm only here just to melt my brain away. So thank you for the ASL knowledge. I also feel like I learn a lot better in a relaxed state without any anxiety and I feel like my brain just zeroes in on her voice (it's important that it's whispered) and I can block out any background noise and just focus in on what she's saying which helps with the learning process.

I've always loved the slow deep breathes to a count, "deep breathe in, one, two, three, and slowly out one, two, three....etc." That style works so well to help me relax and sleep. The toughest part is finding someone who has a nice of a voice as you that has actually put out a whole video dedicated to that one "trigger". You are an extremely pleasant ARMTist to listen to, and I always end up getting tinlges through out your videos. If you were to ever consider doing a video in that styling I mentioned I would certainly appreciate that! As always, I'm looking forward to new videos in the future!

Awesome video, your voice is so pretty and relaxing. So many nice trigger words but here are some of my favorites: "sleep, sleepy time and time to sleep", "aww shucks", 'squish-squash', tippity, tappity', 'let me just check' with the face touching was quite nice as well. And some others I really liked were "it's okay, hush and relax" with the hand movements. As always I love it when you go from left to right, that's so tingly and congrats again on 100k 👍Here's a Christmas themed suggestion for a trigger word 'Poinsettia' which means Christmas Star.
