These are very valuable info for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the knowledge embedded in it. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I've got $110k set aside to put in the market.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

Hi Robert. I just finished reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", and my goals are to get out of the "rat race", create financial freedom, and invest in real estate to create passive income. I have minimal knowledge of real estate. What are your thoughts on obtaining a real estate license as an avenue to obtain knowledge to reach my goals?

Back in 1997 two guys brought Rich Dad Poor Dad, both of them read the book and one followed the advice invested in property, whilst the other carried on the day job and focused on saving money. Living a suffering victim lifestyle and just save save save for years, eventually the savings got spend. Now the other guy got great support and kept investing and this guy is doing great today. The other guy is starting to save again. What I am saying is poor people waste money on liabilities first instead of investing in assets.
