I give to God; my Father, all because I love Him. If you truly and certainly love Him, you wouldn’t need any sermon to give to Him and the moving and spreading of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Remember. He isn’t coming until the Gospel is heard all over. I LOVE THE LORD, I GIVE TO HIM when I enabled and cheerfully and willingly too. He has never failed. I give to Him not in the anticipation of anything, but trust me He is a good business partner.

Any normal person can see that this ministry definitely needed a bigger auditorium seeing the various over flows outside, i don't know why some people still have any noise to make about the Glory Dome (bigger Auditorium) my contribution is that there are too much Judahs in this generation, indeed one must be very careful with social media, More Grace Dunamis.

Dr. Enenche, did you know that, concerning giving, or tithing, or prosperity, Malachi 3:8-12 is not the full counsel of God? It is an excerpt, quoted to the church for centuries (believe it or not), which is a misrepresentation of God's counsel. We've accepted it because that's what we have always been taught. Here are a few points to consider. -- Who did God appoint to receive tithes? God said, "And, behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth [the tithe] in Israel for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the tabernacle of the congregation (Numbers 18:21). In this scripture, God established who receives the tithe (the Levites), and why they received it (they received no inheritance, and they served in the temple). This assignment is exclusive to Levites. A pastor cannot assume this assignment, he has never been scripturally assigned by God to collect tithes, he is not a Levite. In that same sense, only a Levite, never a pastor, could ever conduct an animal sacrifice or even work in a Jewish temple. The church has not replaced the Jewish temple, and pastors have not replaced Levites. -- People are blessed when they give, not because of Malachi 3, which is based on the Law of Moses, an Old Testament law that has been replaced by Grace under Christ, at the cross. They are blessed because Jesus said, "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you" (Luke 6:38). It is this principle of giving and receiving at work, when we give and are blessed. Not the expired law of tithing, which was required of the Jews (never Gentiles), and could only be received by Levite priests because they received no inheritance and were set apart to work fully in the Jewish temple. -- There is much more to this, such as Abraham's tithe to Melchizedek, Jacob's promise to tithe, the history of when and why the New Testament church tithes (there is actually a date!), and the biblical support for all these truths. To be clear, every pastor has a right to collect offerings in support of the ministry; I fully agree with supporting the church financially. But our giving must be godly. It is wrong to require people to tithe, contrary to the scriptures, then say that we live according to the scriptures. If you're interested in learning more, I have researched and written about this in "Tither, You Are Free!" Blessings to you and your ministry!

How different is this message from Damina’s when both arrive at the same conclusion, New Testament giving goes beyond 10%. Different approaches, similar conclusion. Let’s not spend too much time arguing on this issue, there are more important things in the Kingdom which deserves more attention. I wish they could all be a lot more tolerable to each other and work together. Both camps may perhaps be saying the same things from different angles.

Abraham needed to fight a physical war, took all the spoils and gave a tenth out. It's very easy to preach about tithing. Every tithe should come from war then.

God bless you. The reason people are blessed should be because they give to an authentic need not because of payment of tithe in Mal 3. I honestly don't know how and why we get it all wrong to rather enforce a certain law that doesn't exist than to teach giving to needs and needy Instead. Why?.

Mal 3:10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. So there will be food in the house not money. Where and when did food become money Why didn't barnabas pay tithe when he sold his house but he gave all? why didn't Peter or Paul or any of the apostles demand tithes. Finally why are we not following the footsteps of the apostles and earlier saints who sold their possession and brought all to the church to help each other. Paul adviced for everyone to set aside as God has blessed him as collection but he never mentioned or demanded for tithe. Am not happy the way we refuse to follow the simplicity of the word of God and go into what the God didn't tell us to do and claim God said or revealed yet he has always made his stand clear. Let this our Pastors tell us exactly what the bible said and not confusing the church and the church. It makes one wonder the Pastors are confused over something they should have one stand.

Lol, Jesus is Lord. Sir, but we can't take all steps of Abraham e.g, burnt offerings, sacrifice of animals. Abraham did not operate under grace; it was covenant. It was Jesus who brought grace and truth and Abraham really wanted to see his days. All of his obedience was based of believe on the agreement that comes in between him and God. When any of them do their part, any of them was ever committed to keeping their own part of the deal. That's all. As regard the tithe he gave; 1) The properties he tithe from doesn't belong to him. 2) The properties he tithe from was not a complete property, some of his men had taking somethings when they were hungry. Therefore he gave tithe of property left and not of the entire property as they were gotten. 3) He gave the tithe as honour to him when after he has honoured him first by welcoming him with bread and wine. 4) That was the only time he gave tithe. It was the first and it was the last. 5) Before he ever did that he was extremely blessed because of his honour of his on part of the agreement between him and God.

Someday, one of his members will impregnate his housemaid and defend it by saying, I am taking the steps of Abraham as recommended by my Pastor. You know the problem is that many Nigerian Christians don't read/research. They know nothing about Christianity. That's why anyone can bamboozle them. Ask this G.O when the New Covenant started, he will tell you from Matteuw. Because a verse is in the book of Matthew, for him, it is a New Covenant. I'm wondering if these so-called Papas attend any standard Bible school.

Pastor Enenche, you lost the point, beating about the bush! Abraham was not an example of the Believers of Christ, Christ is. You are doing what is called selective verses of scripture to buttress your teaching on the tithe. You will see you way clearer if you read the scriptures in context, starting from the pretext. Among the things you recommended Believers of Christ to imitate from Abraham, which you called STEPS, had to be with only few of the things Abraham did or lived for. Are you aware Abraham on three occasions told grievous lies only for God to come to his aid?.Abraham had his bad side of life and cannot be the Believer's of Christ example. His faith was counted for righteousness because he believed on God. You mentioned that the Master, Jesus of Nazareth commended the Pharisees and Scribes of the Old Testament to pay tithe. And that you spoke well, because (1) those leader were at that time under the law of Moses including the Master Jesus of Nazareth himself. I was very sorry some of you Pastor don't want to tell your congregation the real truth. Matthew chapter 23 from verses one through to the end talks of Leaders who were confused, living double lives and misleading and misguiding the people under them with their own regulations, doing what was right at the wrong time and doing what wrong at the right time!. After all, from the verse you read, did you see tithe to be more important than mercy, justice and faith? I do not think you believe on Our Lord Jesus Christ since you are interpreting the scripture carnally without revelation. As Believers of Christ, if we are supposed to follow Abraham steps, then we do not need to follow Christ at all or be born again. The fact that Isaac was the son of Abraham meant that Isaac was the son of 'The Promise': Christ was. and please note that there is a big difference between Jesus Christ of Nazareth and Christ Jesus or Jesus Christ Our Lord. ABRAHAM even died without obtaining the Promises after all his so-called steps. Abraham pleased God because of his faith but Christ is the Author and Finisher of Our Faith as his Disciples.Jesus said paying tithe did not serve the most important agenda on God"s plan for man's salvation. Why don"t you people under the Law of Moses perform all the things of the law and get saved. We have the nature of God and we know how to give because our Father is Giver. We don"t give under pressure and under a certain law. We are generous and are free to give freely.

What did you learnt after reading the exegesis I made. It is not a matter of someone judging anybody. The Truth sets free, and Ministers so-called of the Gospel must stay therein not gesticulating about what they do not know how. Paying Tithe is not the bases of salvation, Christ is, and even Him, who died for use did not extort any thing from us before dying for us. I do not intend to judge, but even if I must do so, I am right to use my sense judgement to put a person on the wrong path back on track. The Scripture is for correction ... so that the man of God will stand out teaching the Doctrine of Christ. You people say Christ is your Lord but you serve another Christ with another Gospel. You read the Scriptures and in them you think you have eternal Life. But they are they which testify of Christ. Remember judgement starts right here in the Church of Christ and not after you have died. Thank you.
