I think that what was being asked of Sarada was if she was "into a guy". Like she has a different attitude. She may seem like she is "distracted" by thoughts of a special person. In this case, she is thinking about her feelings for Boruto and now knowing her friend, Sumire also has feelings for Boruto.🤔
