i just got my disney vacation. When you arrive at the hotel to get your passes, can you leave luggage at the hotel even though check in is later? Like we come at 7am, grab our tickets, and then head over to Tokyo Disneyland?

We just got back from a trip using a vacation package. It might not be for everyone but for our once-in-lifetime Disneyland trip it was definitely worth it and saved us lots of hassle. We managed to ride everything we wanted to at both parks and had an amazing time!

I'm so torn! We aren't super into disney (our 4 year old is 😂) and we are really excited but we have that 4 year old and a 1 year old.... it's so expensive for a package but the skipping of the lines is very, very tempting. I practice booked one and had trouble filling the selected attractions so I don't think it's worth it. But. I keep going back and forth 😂

@@arr255 you are best to just buy the DPA (fast pass) on a individual ride basis based on which one your kid/you really want to go on. if you do the vacation package, select the rides that do not have reserved time so its easier to go when ever during the day depend on child's mood/where you are in the park . last thing you want to do is commit to a ride at specific time and you are rushing to it from opposite end of the park with child in towe

We’ve done the vacation package twice. Pro tip: to maximise the value, the vacation package allows you to book the fancier restaurants as well. I’ve done both normal access and vacay package, the biggest pro is time management for those who have young kids!

Just booked a package because of the premium Fantasy Springs access. For two nights, it ended up being about 40 000 yen higher than booking the items separately, but being guaranteed to ride all the new attractions with low waits and have everything taken care of up front was worth it. My Chase Sapphire Reserve card worked on the first try online.

I feel the difference with you taking it easy, is that for most people, this might be the only time they will be at Tokyo Disney resorts so they don't have time to be leisurely. They have to pack in as much of the park and experiences, they can in the two days.

I was in the same category of room in Mira Costa. Major bonus is that you can even see the nightly closing show from your own room (though there is something about being on the ground that makes it more exciting). Overall I loved that hotel.

We got the vacation package too and had the same room! It was an amazing experience. The unlimited drinks voucher was awesome too. We loved Rapunzel's Magical Milk Tea at the Snuggly Duckling. Went back every chance we got to get a cup.

@@emilydanger03 the site opens the next available date of fantasy spring hotel booking at 11am japan time (for booking of the newly released date ). the website refreshes at 5am japan time (cancellations will mostly be updated ). call your credit card company and let them know you will be making a large foreign transaction to avoid transaction been flagged.

9:09 here you can see the price for those wo are interested. Still "cheap" compared to WDW in my opinion. At WDW they'll charge you the same amount of money just for the hotel room.

I think The vacation package will save a lot of stress. As it is, a trip to Japan is difficult, so this is worth the value. If you don't care for the popcorn bucket or staying at a Disney hotel, then you can save a ton by managing your Tokyo Disney trip yourself. More or less, saving time in line is probably the most important feature.

Great video but interesting how it's almost a year old. SOOO much has changed and the primary benefit of the package now is Fantasy Springs access. The rest of it though I think is pretty similar (I have a couple booked for my trip but haven't experienced using them yet).

Question...If I have a package booked for a Saturday night (so comes with Sat and Sun park tickets) and am staying at the Disneyland Hotel only (no package or tickets) on Friday night, can I use my Saturday park package ticket and my Friday night Disneyland Hotel stay to get in early on Saturday morning as I am checking out hotel guest that day?? When I first watched this video, I never fathomed I'd EVER book a vacation package. And yet there I was a few days ago doing just that. And then upgrading it yesterday to a terrace room harbor view. So this video suddenly became extra helpful! I'm wondering though. All the packages I saw made us go to Disneyland first and then DisneySea the second day. Interesting that yours does it the opposite. I'm guessing Fantasy Springs has something to do with it.

Just curious with regard to the hotel room. I saw many items not normally found in US hotels. What things can you take home and what are expected to stay. Like i saw 4 toothbrushes. can you take all 4 home/ you said there were PJs and you can wear them but not take them home. Is that normal to offer pajamas? is it only mens? what about the slippers? love your videos. they are very stress free

PLEASE, PLEASE do a video on exactly how to book a deluxe hotel on TDL property. Do the process from the US web page if possible, I have one chance to visit TDS at the beginning of October and really really want to see Fantasy Springs. I love your videos. I really hope you or any Japanese can answer my question. I visited DisneySEA on 1st Feb 2024, a Thursday. I followed your guide, checked online for public holidays and school holidays. 1st Feb should be a non-peak day. However, the park was flooded with teenagers. All popular rides were at 3 hours wait for the entire day. It was even more crowded than 1st Jan when I went there 2 years ago. I really want to know what happened on 1st Feb 2024, and how do we get the information so we can avoid it for our future trips. Thanks in advance!

If you are a good planner, and know the parks well, absolutely don’t do package. Just book the hotel to get your happy 15 entry. And buy premiere access. Much cheaper. If you know nothing at all about these parks, the package will do all the heavy lifting for you. If moneys not an issue, and you hate hassle, then it’s a valid option. 😊
