The Toon Challenge [Joey the Passion]

Toon decks are probably among the hardest decks to build in Joey the Passion, given the very few Toon cards you have at your disposal (just Toon World and 4 Toon monsters).
So now, imagine you're adding another constraint: building a "competitive" Toon deck without any of the 7 Forbidden cards of the game* while your opponent can build the deck of his choice, using Forbidden cards if he wants to...

there are many LAN software to play joey better than GameRanger. one of them is radmin vpn, we are all in one room and exchange or find opponent easily. we use banlist for creativing so much strategies. i think you will interested in that banlist. search on facebook group joey Viet Nam!
