For me Neymar is easily top 2... Yeah, no world cup (yet), but he's been by far the best player for Brazil since 2014. Ronaldo Fenomeno played with world-class team: Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Lucio, Roberto Carlos, Cafu, etc... Neymar has always been alone in Brazil (Excluding defenders...)
