Think using Thunder Fang on Steelix than Dragon Tail. Its more Watertypes than Dragons in Ultra League. But in Great League its better to have Dragon Tail than Thunder Fangs

Dragon Tail is still probably your best bet since the energy generation compared to Thunder Fang is leagues better. Being able to spam Breaking Swipes because of Dragon Tail will add up in the long run. Thunder Fang would be interesting spice though.

Agreed that thunder fang hits charizard, greninja, poli wrath, and pidgeot for effective damage. However dragon tail also hits dragonite giratina haxorus and flygon for super effective
