I have all the cards for Charizard ex, but I still prefer playing Blaine. The game only rewards wins and doesn't punish losses, so I feel like just getting fast games with a decent winrate is better than playing a deck with a better winrate that takes a long time to set up wins.

u should try the moltres arcanine deck , its lowkey able to do well against the meta even starmie deck if u get ur arcanine going early , been getting a wiining streak regardless of matchup as long u get a good hand , if ur arcanine comes early is a quick concede most of the time for the oppo

Great video. Budget decks are great to build on, especially since I think theyll introduce a format where EX cards are either banned or restricted to just 1 of. Some other budget decks I recommend is surge lightning, where you play Raichu and Magneton along with Lt Surge. Another one is with just Arbok Wheezing with Koga. A different version of that is with Arbok and Pigeot. The last one is dragonite wheezing, where you turn off dark energy and only evolve into Wheezing for the ability while you stall to build up Dragonite. All four of those decks are great, in addition to the Primeape and Blaine aggro. I dont have the cards for Melmetal, Golurk, or Vileplume decks, but I definitely want to try them all out when I can. Ive also seen people mess around with Omastar and Kabutops decks if you want to explore those as well.

An idea of a pokemon card: Oranguru. Psychic type, 90 hp, 3 retreat cost. Pokémon ability "Instruct": If Oranguru only has psychic energy, the next coin you toss will be heads. If not it will be tails. If you toss more than one coin, this effect only applies to the first one. You can only use this ability if Oranguru has two or more energies. Attack "Trick Room Trick", cost three coloress: toss a coin. If it hits heads, this attack deals 10 damage and you retreat oranguru. If it hits tails you deal 30 damage and switch out the opponent active Pokémon.

I have a buddy who made a version of the Primeape deck featuring greninja and misty. No water energy. That extra 20 damage on any target with no need for energy rng is very useful for finishing off pokemon that ran from primeape and misty gives a chance to make greninja an active threat without ruining the deck because multienergy sucks.

My favorite deck so far is arbok pidgeot control! With pidgeot on your bench you get a free Sabrina whenever you want. So when someone throws in their Mon they have been dropping energy on, you can drive them off with pidgeot ability and then use Arbok’s attack to lock them in the active spot so they can’t retreat.

Been running colorless with fearow and pidgeot. Guys try to stack energy on their ex cards which are abused right now. You just attack and take the energy also i put meowth to persian to discard their hand always funny to see a stage three or ex in the graveyard. More of a eage quit concede deck

I actually prefer 5/6 basic over just 4. My blaine deck has 2 Farfetch and they complement the deck perfectly. I also run 2 Giovanni along with the 2 blaine for extra punch from Farfetch and/or 100 damage when you dont need 120 from blaine when using ninetails

My experience is the 3 diamond are by far the hardest cards to acquire. I got ex coming out of my ass hole them 3 diamonds though. The true rare cards.

There's only a tiny % drop chance difference between 3 diamond and 4 diamond. They are way more rare than they should be imo

You can buy items in the store cheap, and it's worth exchanging your pack points for the commonly used trainers you don't have so you can battle

@@CrispyHair6 Go to the place where you'd open packs, in the bottom right there are points you can exchange for cards including trainers and rares. Mostly save them for rates but for trainers that you need to battle it's worth spending imo so that you can have some fun already

Majority of my games are just drawing trainer and item cards and never getting my Pokemon. Fun game but a lot more luck based than skill.

what do you mean with "free to play decks"? you can just build s+ tier decks for free. with hourglasses maybe you need some resets to draw the right cards.. i just play free to play and have a mewtwo ex deck. also have a ganger ex deck and an dragonite deck the menky deck i can also build i guess. so i dont understand the "free to play deck" term do your account resets and get the decks you want (from 1 pack ofc) but idk i can play some decks and even 1 of the best decks for free

Any deck that needs two or more EX pokemon is not free to play friendly, it's hard to pull the exact cards you need unless you are lucky. For example I want to run a arcanine ex deck but can't because I don't have any moltres ex.

@@Excoundrel you can just reset 10+++ like me you WILL have the card you aim for. maybe it takes 1.5 days like for me but you will will get the cards you aim for 100% im just lucky that i just had to reset 1.5 days and not 3 days +
