I think Enzo Fittipaldi's crash had to be mentioned. It was a impact with 72 G, more G force than Grosjean in Bahrein and Verstappen in Silverstone. Enzo broke his heel in this accident. I hope he is able to return to F2 in this year

The Macau crash at 8:06 is just so frustrating. Even if they didn't see the oil on the track anyone could have guessed that after the Lambo's engine went, there would be some kind of fluid, yet they apparently didn't think that far.

Just because a car is stopped on the track doesn't automatically mean fluid. (Electrical problems, broken transmission, snapped driveshaft, fuel pump failure, etc.) The drivers are going to focus on racing, and if they aren't told there's fluid they are not going to assume that. It's easy to say they should know better when you're not the one driving.

18:33 Look at the last 2 cars that crash in to that mess. That is the lethal kind of crash. They come at racing speed T'boning in to the side of stranded cars. And if there would have been gravel at that spot these last 2 cars would not have crashed in to that in that way. The other first cars probably yes. But not these last 2 at that speed at that angle. And those are the crashes that open wheel cars are not build to withstand. And at 18:54 again. The guy is a sitting duck because there are cars ALL OVER THE PLACE at full throttle. Please FIA wake up because this is going to take more lives. Just gravel everywhere and if it was up to me a rule that the drivers must slow down significantly at any type of flag and the yellow flag zone will count to after the first corner after the straight. So you can not gain and overtake someone on the straight by going faster through the yellow zone. The drivers will take less risk with gravel. Right now they can literally keep their foot down everywhere between the barriers and if they misjudge the corner and go wide then hey, lets try again next lap.

Not sure I agree with a lot of this list and although the one you've put at number 1 is bad, I'd rather be in that, than have been Aitken or the Audi driver who essentially had his whole front ripped off at Macau, that for me is number 1 just ahead of Aitken's crash. The crash at Daytona should be higher than a number of crashes ahead of it because that was a huge hit. Why Stroll's crash at Baku is higher than that is beyond me. I think Lando's Spa quali crash should be in the list but not very high and a number of crashes at Jeddah in F1 and F2 could of featured. I realise it's not easy and we all have an opinion and that is mine.

#2 is how nearly every fatality at eau rouge occurs. It's not the first impact, it's the second & third ones that do you in. The survival cells are only designed to be hit once.

That second one was by far the most terrifying. Hope the driver survived. Being rear ended at something like I don't know 120mph plus. That is absolutely insane. The safety of motorsport compared to years of the past is unreal.

What do we learn? The Eau Rouge is to dangerous in its current state. And there were more crazy crashes in Eau Rouge that were not in this video, like Norris in Qualifying. Glad modern race cars are really safe otherwise there would be a lot of deaths due to crashes in Eau Rouge. I love that corner but they need to make it safer somehow.

It’s because the inside kerb at Eau rouge can cut the tires like at 5:08 and there is a lack of runoff area on the inside of radillon. As were speaking they’re widening the runoff area so another Antoine Hubert crash won’t happen

Much of this feels painfully randomised. The chaos at Indy and the Final lap at Daytona so low? Verstappens collision at Silverstone so low (probably a Hamilton diehard bandwagoner)? Some of these small endurance crashes beating them? And nothing from the 500 by my memory. Plus just from F1; no Bottas Bowling, and no Norris' Spa! Theres a lack of some major dirt crashes too, which are some of the worst crashes you can have.
