Hi Stan. As usual, another great and informative video. Loved the lighted safety vest. But the star of the video was the mosure. That thing was so impressive and the price was really reasonable for all that you are getting. I estimate large renovation projects every day, and I’m ordering one of those things immediately. I currently use a Bosch laser tape as well as a regular tape measure. That thing will make my life so much easier. Especially when determining drainage slopes. And thanks to Rogue for sponsoring the video. They are a company that’s has been needed for a long time now

The lady talking abou the financing has some very good points there. In addition to the 3 month lease/trial period showing they would be a good investment for her, it's also a chance for the prospective investee to see if they actually have a good business model - it may not be a reflection on them, might just be something that's a good idea but just not viable.

I liked their message. They help people who may not be able to get financing any other way

I kinda see a positive and a negative on the reflective vest. The flashing lights would be ideal for joggers/walkers, I could see the flashing lights triggering predators that could be close by. However, I can also see the flashing lights deterring predators away.

Moasure would be great for mapping out land, like when you come across a boundary marker but you don’t know where it is. Also for marking out washed out areas so you can plan the remedial work. It’s pretty hard to work out where water is going to flow on a wooded property without knowing the tiny details of elevation. Also simple drainage work where there is something in the way, you don’t always have line of sight on a job. You could probably estimate concrete for foundations too. Those drill bits are nice, super expensive though, I’d rather just carry the bits I need to so that particular job. Like I don’t need a whole range of sizes of good drills, I need one good 7mm bit all day long. Edit. I just found out that the data export feature on that moasure requires a $10/m subscription. That’s a hard no from me, the fool had better change that scam. I hope he’s checking the comments here
