Gina should be top 3 if not taking thrains place, she should be behind or infront of him. she's a rica, like thrain, but has aoe strip and beneficial effect block. paired with her 4 aoe dots + aoe sleep, her kit is perfection.

I would have added Shren, the light high elemental (Khali sister). Her 2A makes her amazing: she heal passively (s3) the lowest ally at the beginning of her turn (health bar equalization, then +10% hp each), then she hits like a truck with her S2 which is the same as Khali, except she heals in proportion of the damage, getting back the HP she lost with her healing passive! Huge heal + huge damage in one turn without violent! One of my favorite unit for both pve and pvp

A little advice from a nOOb to a NooB. I would wait until the last week of the event to get the Monster you want as you will still get some scrolls from the game until that time and if we get lucky maybe it will pull what we were looking for.

Jamie the Dark Bounty Hunter and Dona the light Penguin Knight should get honorable mentions. Both have a full team cleanse on skill three that is usable (when fully skilled up) every three turns. The Bounty Hunter brings an Att buff and respectable damage while the Penguin brings two debuffs on skill 2. Both are viable for beginner rift teams (or even to fill out that third rift team) and I still use Jamie in guild siege sometimes.

I finally got a light cat, but my favorite monster that I already had is probably Thrain. He helped me beat toa for the first time and he’s still useful almost everywhere

I got light harpy. She's the fastest base speed attack bar buff in the game. With a god-tier speed lead, I'm going to go first against anything except a leo. :)

On normal toa one is more than enough and in hard mode you can't use 2 same monsters , so i don't think there is any point building 2 of them , but if you struggle with crowd control then his 3rd skill is good.

dark reaper, thrain, is forsure top 5 LD nat 3. light mystic witch + light grim reaper aren't used widely like Dark reaper + dark mystic witch. they're pretty good though.

I accidentally clicked this when trying to skip opening game pop-ups but I already summoned and chose Linda 😂. Used the scrolls and other event items to summon, 6* and max lvl her. Had 40+ witches in storage so I maxed her skills and started 2a her. She's already a decent unit and that's with slightly above average runes for her

Guys, do NOT waste your pick on a mon that has an SD. That is just wrong. Okay, fine. I will make a video on how to use SDs. I got every SD mon I needed / wanted in 3-4 weeks. It's easy. Don't waste the gift. Give me a couple weeks, and I'll post up the how.

The list is more generally about the best LD 3 stars for new players. That's why Galleon mentioned that if a Monster has a Secret Dungeon, it'd be better to get them through normal means instead of through the limited time event. (;
