Fun little thing I discovered by accident working on a commissioned layout. Tamiya masking tape looks really good as a weathered road stripe. Take with that what you will, but really a game changer to me since I could adjust it after the fact if it looked off. And its fairly easy to pull if its too far gone.

Nice project. I am curious why you will not be adding wire to the tram pole. I realize they are not needed for power, but you have put in so much other details. Just wondering.
@StevesTrains7 ай бұрын
I might still do it but since it is a removable section I just don’t see how I don’t snag the wire on something (even just my hand) and end up ripping out the whole thing on accident.

Where do you get your vehicles and small items like dumpsters? Thanks.

Vehicles wherever I can find them. Detail parts like dumpsters I print on one of my 3D printers.

I'll tell you. I love N scale ! Am curious about z-scale since they say its more scenery oriented. As in the trains are not the main attaction. But thats down the road. I thank you for your videos of both scales.

Great job. Maybe you could add a small tram stop near the tunnel where the pedestrians are to add a little more interest.
@StevesTrains7 ай бұрын
Yeah, I should put a little platform there. Tram can always stop in the street to let folks on I guess.
