Splinter has to be my favourite robot, and not just because it got trashed by Hypnodisc, I just started to fall in love with its design one day. It's a shame it's retired from doing the Live Events now.

The first line in this video was "So I was a big fan of Robot Wars" I think "was" was not the correct word I have seen your recent videos and I think once robot combat gets under your skin that's it you are a robot combat fan for live. :)

I did have brief look into it, but I only have an Xbox 360 and the Xbox game isn't backwards compatible sadly so I'd have to buy one or a PS2 to play it on and currently I don't have the funds etc. Definitely an idea for the future though.

Bit of a mixed bag so far - liking the format but the competitors seem a little hesitant and just not as good as some of the series 6 and 7 robots. Still really enjoying it overall though - will probably do a series review when it's over. An awesome thing to have in your childhood :)
