Pretty good overall! Owner doesn't seem to have stayed in much. If I'm nitpicking, just don't like the green-looking pool... But that's just me...

He should have said: "Do not underappreciate the importance of the yard" To 'understate' is to DESCRIBE something as less important than it really is. He is the one who is describing and presenting, if anyone were to UNDERSTATE, it will be him. Because we as viewers do not have anything to do with describing its importance.
