@user-vq7di4dr4y yeah. Apparently, Pelops got kicked out by Zeus from Olympus after he was resurrected because he was still mad at Tantalus.

Tantalus deserved what he got. Stealing ambrosia from the gods was one thing, but killing his son and feeding his remains to them is just too far!

After Tantalus was imprisoned a curse was set on all of his descendants which lasted for many years. All the way up until Orestes who was the son of Agamemnon

Tantalus deserved that punishment. Even in Christianity eating another human being is one of the worse sins one can commit, and forcing someone else to do it is just as evil.

TANTALIZING (via Tantalum/Tantalus): meaning- possessing a quality that arouses or stimulates desire or interest yet mockingly or teasingly out of reach.

It amazes me how many of Zeus's children grew up to be monsters in Greek Mythology. Tantalus killed his son and served him as a meal to his relatives, Heracles (a.k.a. Hercules) murdered his wife and children in a fit of insanity brought upon by Hera, Minos fed his own subjects to the Minotaur, Athena cursed her own priestess after she was r*ped by Athena's uncle, Apollo and Artemis shot down all of a woman's children, and Ares... is just Ares.

Just some comments here: Herakles was literally not in His right mind. You can't blame Him for what happened. Minos fed Athenians to the Minotaur. Not Cretans. Artemis and Apollo killed Niobe's children because she was being disrespectful to Their mother Ovid invented the story of Athena cursing Medusa for the reason described. In older versions it was because Medusa was prideful Ares is cool. He has an important job being there for the soldiers

0:00 Cool Tantalus sitting with Gods table enjoying eating on Mount Olympus. He just spread to tell them about Gods after he leaves Olympus. He just stealing Item nectar and ambrosia from God's table on Olympus. 0:45 Zeus was watching Tantalus something weird about him. Tantalus words to Gods on Mount Olympus. He just tell his son Pelops. He whispered cook's ear. 1:49 🍗🍺 Wow Gods arrived at the palace. When Zeus asked him the question "Where is my grandson." Cook brought a beautiful stew meal. Demeter was eat what taste like. Zeus and Hermes were suspicious look. 2:37😧 Tantalus was happy with a words to Gods. Zeus asked question to him serve human flesh to the Gods. They shocked when Tantalus tell them offering them flesh of his firstborn son. Demeter doesn't look good and had already eaten a large piece of flesh felt sick. 3:00😠 Zeus was angry with a Gods and tell him for his deserves to be punished. Tantalus got what he deserve in Tartarus for sacrifice his own son to the Gods meal. 3:42 Amazing the Gods resurrect the innocent Pelops but his shoulders was missing been devoured by Goddess Demeter. Good thinking Zeus asked Hephaestus to create an ivory shoulder for his grandson. 👏 Now Pelops became King of the Peloponnesus. His father deserve it in Tartarus. 😃👏 Yep that was terrible story of The Torment of Tantalus in Greek Mythology Animated Version.
