I totally get Maria Ressa’s points, esp her comparison about ‘ants’. But, if we were to think ‘outside’ - maybe ‘democracy’ nor ‘authoritarianism’ will work in the future?! Maybe, ‘something’ else will evolve? We still don’t know what that is, but, i think it will… Hopefully, in the next two decades. Bcoz we have climate change to deal with. Which if you ask me, is the more exigent issue.
