Dredge being C tier is crazy. Dredge is crazy good after buffs, Specially being able to immediatly harrass another survivor after hook. If you play dredge well, you basically always have pressure. He is also faster now, making him able to proc nightfall constantly is very annoying in a casuall player setting. Dredge has huge snowball ability when nightfall comes around, as he can nearly see all survivors auras clearly helps him with his incredibly fast map traversal. A at least.
