That's hellagur 3rd skill issue, more attack range and count but his damage is decent and don't have any slow or CC, making enemies can walk pass him while he blocked one. And there's surtr s3. amAll enemies will die before reaching her. His 2nd skill issue is can be fixed by barrier instead of dodge since it can maxed out his damage potential. Zuo Le has all kit that Hellagur need, and Hellagur 2nd module is the worst *6 module in the game.

I'm not sure what's more surprising, his S3 basically having a less than 10 sec cycle time at low enough health while still doing such disgusting levels of damage, or the fact that he *also* deals a stun on top of it that lasts for a majority of that cycle time, like what even is this game anymore??? I am curious how he fares against bosses and stun-immune enemies though, as this skill seems to rely on hitting multiple stunnable enemies to keep going.

Like Quibia his skill is a bit niche, he needs 3 enemies in range to ramp up his skill, if he hit's enemies off skill he loses out on SP for skill recovery, but you can only chip that don once you get his shield burned, putting him at risk of being one shoted like any other, low health, moderate defense, unit. But FR FR his damage isn't anything insane, his S3 vs. bosses should be a somewhat worse than Ch'en/Irene S3, but with a much faster skill cycle, and harder to buff. He's brought back viability to his Archetype, but he's true to it's failings to, a low health enmity unit is a tuning nightmare.

​@@NorugaA s2 uptime is more terrible than s3 since s2 is a buff skill (12sec before it can gain another sp) but it have 3x more shield compare to s3 and does not need to hit enemies to gain shield, s2 more useful in lane where you constantly get damage over time. So both s2 and s3 are still good. For note his s3 cooldown is around 6s-11s if his hp below 50%

@@NorugaA well 120%hp shield sometimes not enough to keep him alive against a large number of elite enemy, if the shield break during the skill duration he will be very vulnerable. While 50% hp cost can help him build "Tenacity" he still gain hp from normal attack unlike his s3 that convert hp+ to shield and with block+1 its regen is double if there is 2 enemies, after the skill duration you usually will have your hp back at above 50%. S3 however have very good uptime, once you low his hp enough he will start spamming every 6s, s3 may not provide anough shield to block all damage but that is anough to mitigate the damage he receive so it goes back to 30%hp. In comparison you can recast the s2 every 18s while s3 8s (it does not include module and sp gain on attack trait)
