The tower appeared at a time I see now that there needs to be changed, I acknowledge that after today, current situations need to be let go, cut away. Hello! what if the tower is clarified by the 8 of cups and the 7 of pentacles? How does that translate if I ask if a person's anxiety (9 of swords) is triggered because he feels a strong spiritual connection to me? I too have had this doubt at the beginning. Now i understand. Death is a voluntary transformation. It invites you to spot what is not working for you anymore and declare it dead so you can move on. It would be changing careers, ending a relationship or changing it drastically, letting a resentment go, any type of closure, finally paying off a debt, or forgiving an unpaid debt, concluding a difficult internship, etc. The Tower is involuntary change. It is life ending matters even when they seem to be working for you. It would be you getting fired, being robbed, raped, widowing, being left at the altar, news of cancer in the family, suddenly understand you have been wrong all along about someone, receiving help from the most surprising person whom you thought hated you the whole time, finding you are actually adopted, etc. The Tower invites you to humble before what you can't control, and to rise with your own inner strength.

It is for you to work out what it means for you in the context of your reading. No it can't mean anything, it is almost always something bad. Tarot is a great way to access the subconscious mind and get insight into things, our subconscious registers thousands of data per minute and has much more wisdom than us - there is a lot to be gained from it. This is why if you ask the same question and shuffle again, 90% of the time you get the same card. I used to be a skeptic until I got my first deck.. Unfortunately there are still a lot of people who share your opinion, largely due to the stereotype that tarot is for predicting the future, which it is not. It is for accessing the subconscious, gaining insight into things that have happened, getting to the bottom of issues, healing etc... Its a potent form of self-therapy as well as a great brain exercise as reading the cards is similar to solving an equation. I always wonder why people like you are even watching these videos in the first place...
