The Town in 2 Countries

I visited Baarle, also known as "The Town in 2 Countries". Part of the town is in the Netherlands, and part of the town is in the Netherlands. Baarle-Hertog belongs to Belgium, and Baarle-Nasseu belongs to the Netherlands. There are even lines that split up the town, from streets, to houses, to shops to even the city hall.
This town consists of 30 enclaves, which are territories entirely surrounded by the territory of only one other state or entity.
This was such an interesting place to visit, I admit I was confused about it all along the way!

The towns are both in the netherlands . It is sort of an enclave. The belgium part is in the netherlands and not in belgium.

You can buy firework all year in Baarle and thats pretty cool if your a footballfan from NAC Breda ;p No pyro no party haha
