There are hardly any rules at Midnight Madness and that's what makes it fun! The surface is the equalizer, and the drivers are put to the test! Having the most Money doesn't win these races! The crowd was INSANE at this small track where the town population happens to double over night to see the racing action!
The next one is June 30th so make sure you are there!

Dont get me wrong.... ive been here, live about 2 hours away (lexington ky). The track/atmosphere is cool as shit, but i have a feeling something REAL BAD is going to happen eventually. especially with packed like it is in this video. I wish the track owner could earn enough to invest in some real barriers/fencing to protect the crowd. i just hate to see it go down the pipes. -edit great video too. we need more of this on interwebz

Triple T Equine I went to one midnight madness this past year and thought the same thing. Loved the hell out of it but it scared the shit out of me to watch that big tire g body flip like it did. Kudos to whoever drives that car though for keeping it on the track and not putting it through the guard rail.

Left lane definitely had the advantage, when it came to seeing The light. It's dang near being under his right armpit. The first race on this video, the car in the right lane had no chance of seeing the light. It was pointed at the left lane. Mike Murillo does the light correctly. It's held on his head before he steps back. No short cuts. If I was a part of this racing I would have had a little P.M.S. [piss&moan syndrome] about it. No seemed to care and everyone had a good time. And kept it safe. So, it was a good night. Looked fun. Like to attend June 30th. Too far a drive though. Like 6 hours or more.
