I've always wondered what they have been doing to avocados, because it is one of the foods they push so hard. Bacon/pork is another food they really push push push. I do believe that organic foods are being poisoned, too. It has reminded me that the best protection comes from God, so I pray over my food for The Creator to transform the food I put into my body into loving energy for body, mind, and spirit. I haven't knowingly eaten pork in over 30 years ! Primarily, because I believed God when he said it's not created for man to eat. Second I believe there are good biological reasons to confirm that , as well as ecological reasons why we should not cultivate those animals. (for the ecological, just look up "feral hogs") 3rd, when I quit eating pork, I was sensitized to it so that every time I taste or smell it, it tastes/smells like chitlins … in other words, like s***

I live in the NW part of Puerto Rico in the mountains we grow our organic avocado, bananas, tomatoes, peppers, papaya, passion fruit, pineapples, Yukon gold potatoes, all our Spanish root vegetables, breadfruit, lime trees, and figs, pumpkin, pigeon peas, onions, watermelon, I even canned my own tomato sauce, I canned my own concentrated cranberry juice. We grow our coconuts for coconut water. We get our eggs from our local farmers. We live surrounded in several small cow milk farmers out in pasture grass fed. I only purchase rice, sugar, salt. We go to fresh baked bakery breads. We buy fresh produce, every Friday at our local farmers market even local honey. I also planted green and red cabbage, and sunflowers 🌻.

Women always long for a man to let them share. A good man will understand he controls the dial of her hearts freedom. In her communication she needs to formulate a thought (larvae stage), analyze and incubate the thought (cacoon) stage, give birth to her understanding transformed in to butterfly breaking out cacoon), and the final flying stage . Women sometimes don't ever hardly get to the flying stage because men are so analytical or something? Men sometimes can be impatient with her. Little realizing the damage he is doing by not caring what she thinks or how getting to know her by letting her express herself

About schools . I am a retired culinary enthusiast and around 30 years ago, I worked with a Johnson and Wales University ( chef school ) and I was making a bechamel sauce for a dinner special. I'm grinding up a nutmeg and the head chef graduate from Johnson and Wales University asked me "" what it that?" . ( Mind you his paycheck was twice the amount of mine) I said to him "" it's a nutmeg for the bechamel sauce'' He oh wow I've never seen one. Then he said, we were taught to make bechamel from a box.."" He then pulls a box from the shelf ... I couldn't believe my ears and eyes. . How the hell do you spend over $100.000.00 and get a Chef diploma and not know what a nutmeg is for the most basic French sauce on the planet. . Well, I lost all respect for that school and was pretty angry that he got paid twice as much as me literally.... Sooo I agree with you . Universities are bullshit..

This is exactly why we have so much disease in this country. Cancer is through the roof. My oncologist told me his office gets 30 new patients per day. There are several Doctors in his practice. I was shocked when I saw people lined up to sign up. It was like being at a fast food place. People were parking out on the street because the parking lot was so full. Whatever we are eating or using on our bodies is making us sick. My doctor also told me that the majority of cancers he sees are not inherited. I am much more aware of what I eat now. I was blessed to have found my breast cancer very early and had it treated.

I kept the phone in the closet and only got it out in emergencies. I could go on and on. And they constantly thank me. They are ready mentally for what is to come. Unfortunately, like a lot of young men, they married wives that are very beautiful, but not raised like they were. These women don’t take time to feed their children, my grandchildren, healthy. I couldn't figure out what was going on, because I couldn't remember ever having trouble with avocados before. A couple of years ago I just gave up even buying them, because they're expensive, and they cost too much to just cut open and throw away! I won't eat a nasty avocado. Now I know what's going on with the avocados. None of the fruits and veggies are any good anymore, even the ones from the farmer's market (I think they just buy them from the store and sell them at the farmer's market).

I just grew my first batch of sprouts and as far as im concerned, I'm done buying veggies. Thanks to Stacy for the sprouting video. To tell what color the avocado is inside, take the little stem cap off the end. Yellow is not ready. Green is ready. Brown is rotten. And, if Apeal sprays make food hold water, it will do the same to you.

@@renelavan1540 I think many people would love to do that, but they are afraid because of all the cult stuff out there.

@@ellzietwinkle1089 Or even just how hard it can just be, getting along well enough. Having not only enough of the major values in common, but personalities, communication styles & habits, baggage, etc. - so many of us so want to have that community, yet also want LOTS of privacy and autonomy and so on. Just having to rent from relatives twice in the past 4 years myself, and a friend once for part of between then, each time the person being on-site or very close by, and with as much as we did have in common or got along or appreciated about each other... I really want to move back out of state again ! Dramatic, but I am from a very abusive & otherwise extremely exhausting childhood/Young adult hood and am struggling to overcome my poor health STILL ( getting to the bottom of more things now I think)... that I just can't take any pressure, judgement, nosy-type involvement... having to attempt to explain in breif what it would take having lived in my shoes to know about (even if still then not agree w my current feelings etc. )... and I just can't. I just want to be left alone, SO badly. Yet, I don't want to BE alone, or feel alone, or do all this alone, and my husband is SO busy. Since we also don't want to be as close to the Twin Cities or in this more liberal county long-term, we also can't really make inroads on community here as far as have it go with us when we move, although I'm making friends and connecting with others anyways, as I can, just for the health of it for one thing.

@@ajb.822 I understand you completely & have been in your shoes. My husband died in an accident at 37 he was also abusive & my family his harsh & abusive. I also feel so nervous & anxious around others feeling like I will judged if I say something wrong. I decided to use that fuel for moral integrity & growth, compassion & loyalty. I am still working on it probably always will be but I'm not a victim I am victorious & so are you! I know you will find your way because humans are amazing! Our brain can regenerate & build new positive neural pathways. I read a good book called What to say when you talk to yourself plus many other tools at our fingertips. Don't get me wrong I have horrible days too but they always turn into a great learning lesson & I would love to live in a community that encourages moral, value & positions everyoe has knowledge or a skill that could be used 😉 If only those communities existed. It takes a village to raise kids & find connection or elderly to provide wisdom & so on. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, appreciate all your work, research and relaying this info. In the city many of us live in small apartments with high rent so we don’t have any space or a lot of time to make and grow much ourselves. We can’t afford to get sick much either. Your information is essential for survival.
