I feel like some of your details are incorrect. I don’t know where you get that info that Furuya’s ex-mistress was a delivery health lady. It’s pretty normal for some seiyuus to try to look like the characters they’re voicing, especially for events. No one is auditioning in their swimsuits, that part was probably for a magazine or photobook. Even female seiyuus get scandals, though cheating scandals are rare and they get worse punishments. They rarely get chances to get back as seiyuus.

Let me answer these points: 1) she was famous among “Amuro’s fan girls” as a big donor and her private account has been identified. 2) dying his hair during his private time and tweeting as if he were Amuro resulted in Furuya getting criticized. Indeed, he was using the characters he played to get to girls. 3) many industry insiders (including female seiyuus) have mentioned the existence of such auditions, as well as the “casting couch” 4) this video is about the scandals of the male seiyuus.

Unfortunately you didn't say the actual cause of this epidemic out loud , the actual culprit of this is terrible theology. there is a saying "after all politics comes downstream from culture, but culture comes downstream from religion"(Micheal Knowles) Forgetting what ultimate motivator for an entire society could theoretically lead to that very same society's downfall.
