I was a student at DSK Supinfogame, located at Phirsungi, near Pune. The college is no more because the builder faced a lot of financial issues. It was part of a mega project called DSK Dream City, to be developed like Amanora or Magarpatta Townships. Plans were ready and houses were probably being sold also. But suddenly Mr. D. S. Kulkarni (DSK) faced a lot of financial issues, due to which that project got cancelled. It was a great project - hope you can cover that in one of your upcoming videos.

This is the downside to running multiple projects, many are bound to fail and that is a fact of life, hence we should get distracted by failed projects. Of course, we should learn from them and avoid their repeat, but we shouldnt take them as a form of demotivation!

BRUH!! Failed Projects happen all over the World. Look at California High speed Railway. Its not as big deal as you're making it to be, India is far better in construction of major projects then many countries, including some developed countries

still after so many years land records has not been digitized. If government cannot map each inch of the country they should atleast map few lands which should have all the permissions and make it available to private developers. Selling environment, defense, AAI approved, FSI approved land in a corruption ridden country like India can fetch higher market price.
