That game is one of the many things that made my childhood. It's a shame that there's no way I can buy that on Steam anymore. Also, I'm starting to think that whoever decided to fire most of the employees because of big investors deserves to be fired as well.

A lot of companies don’t actually make money, one of which is twitch, the reason is because it’s very common for companies to get investors in the hopes it’ll eventually make money. I think telltale failed because it was so limited in what games it could make, they didn’t really have a game that was replayable, that and since they relied on other licenses they were essentially never able to make any profits during development for their other games for example, gta 5 is still making money so rockstar can take as much time as they want to make their next game without being forced to spit out as many games as possible in the hopes that it’ll make them money just so they can stay afloat, it just comes down to the poor business model telltale had, it wasn’t sustainable, sooner or later they were gonna fail.

Theres a few copies of the 1st season in my local game shop. (Not the complete adventure though, just the first 4 missions.) Haven’t seen season 2 anywhere in a while but i bought my sons both seasons when they first came out and still play them now and again. Love it! ❤

Its because telltale shut down and the coding went terribly wrong after telltale shut down so they had to shut down the game so nothing bad like evil ais or stuff would happen But I do agree

Man I would have loved being able to play this game but back when it released I was a kid with no money. I guess I will never be able to play it. I didn’t know it was released on Netflix either. If I had known I would have at least tried to play it there but nope I didn’t do it and now I might never have the chance to play it myself.

Sense MCSM was going to have a season 3, it makes me question what were the dev's idea for the plot of season 3. There has to be some form of script or concept ideas that they made before Telltale Games went out of business. The only person who would have these planned ideas is mostly likely the director of MCSM, but I highly doubt that they would ever release the ideas of season 3 💀

i am HONOURED to still have my old, old Xbox 360 with BOTH seasons of minecraft story mode. never gonna sell it, never gonna throw it away. it'll always stay with me, and hopefully my grandkids someday can play it like we did, and find joy in the same memories like ours. Man, what a childhood we had. DanTDM, Stampy, Popularmmos. Lets hope some other generation can at least have a taste of that.
