First of all impose a ban on tobacco, gutka and implement strict rules and regulations against them and the most important to track the complete maintenance by installing CCTV cameras in every corners of the coach. Installation of proper maintenance units for railway tracks especially the rural and suburban areas. Educate the people about the usage and maintenance, especially who are under the poverty line and teach basic gestures and attitudes against the public resources. And above all, the complete new system of waste management and seamless maintenance by the IRCTC. So, many more revolutionary changes to be done for our new modern railway system.

Nice and informative video and I am glad you have touched the topic that is sadly not much talked about. Outdated systems and technology, overburdened staff and workers and old and decaying material are some of the factors that are responsible for the current situation of the railways and it's good you mentioned all that, you have pointed fingers at the government and the system but there's something that you haven't talked about in the video and that's the callous and irresponsible behaviour of the people of this country towards the services offered to them. I am sure you must have heard about how the people damaged the newly launched Vande Bharat train, stole the screens, damaged the seats, charging points, broke windows and what not, people deliberately threw stones on these newly launched trains to damage the windows, some place objects on the tracks, steal tracks, remove bolts which cause derailment and accidents, that's the level people of this country have stooped down to. Constructive criticism is always healthy to do and is required in vibrant democracy like ours as it's our fundamental right, but what about the fundamental duties and directive principles, shouldn't we be talking about that as well? Recently a man was caught who used to make videos of how the train would impact different materials kept on the track, is that how we are supposed to behave? I agree there are lapses in the system but at the same time there's a question that arises, are we responsible enough and behaving maturely? We can always blame the government for the tacky trains but if we ourselves throw litter here and there, do we have the right to blame the government? For our country to grow and succeed, it's high time we understand that we the citizens of the country need to partner with the government as only this association will lead us to success, only criticizing the system and not doing our duties and being responsible enough won't do justice to anything. Also, please talk about the positives when you touch any topic, for instance - Indian Railways is the second largest employer in India right after defence services and the upgrades that the government is doing to improve and upgrade the existing system. When you make a video with an intention to spread awareness, it should not only be an eye opener for the government but for the people as well as this country is not run alone by the government but by the people as well and it's that association that matters. Thanks and keep up the good work. 😊
