The series is really realistic about what it is to work under pressure. And I liked Jane simply because of his reaction to Ryan crying. When it happened to me I was scolded for crying and after that I was a crybaby foreveryone in the work because for some reason the one person that saw told everyone I cried.

It's growing on me the show cause there's many of us that can relate to them as employees. I was lucky I had someone like Jane who treated me nicely despite them not being popular cause they could be harsh at times. I'm so sorry to hear that you've experienced that, it must've been hard for you, there's insensitive and rude people everywhere unfortunately. I hope you're doing better 😢❤
