I'm glad that Trishelle mentioned that it looked like Parv and Peter were going to kiss. That was a moment where they had a ton of chemistry and I thought the same thing. I never watched The Challenge but I watched Trishelle on The Real World Las Vegas and recognized her immediately from that when she showed up on Traitors. Can't believe that was 2002 -- I'm the same age as her. Interesting to hear more of Peter's reasons behind not accepting the recruitment. I was so annoyed at the time because he would've been a great Traitor and I thought it would be such great TV but I can understand a little more why he said no. Agreed randomization of traitors needs to happen with the US version since it's all celebrities and everyone knows who people are when going in. While the selection process works on the UK and AU versions, it's not as effective here. Love knowing producers don't get involved in who stays and I hope they keep it that way. Not sure how I feel about Jason and Kaitlyn doing the show together. I think she already turned it down, right? Maybe she will change her mind after the success of season 2 and if she can negotiate higher pay like Sandra did. Surprised they can't reveal they don't sleep in the castle. It's actually part of the show on the UK version, which uses the same castle (and challenges) that the cast takes cars to separate lodging. They film them coming and going. I agree the show should've explained more why Trishelle voted for CT. I was confused by that so they definitely should've added a scene back in. One other question I wish was asked is what they thought about Kate showing up and do they think Season 3 will bring someone back again and if so would they do it. Obvious answer would be yes. But I guess Trishelle wouldn't go back since she won. I personally didn't like that Kate was brought back so I hope they don't do this again.

I love Traitors and I was most excited this season for these 2 and I loved watching them! But Trishelle, this conversation is beyond tone deaf. “What is the difference like 70k? That won’t make or break anyone’s life.” Literally 10k would change my life DRASTICALLY, and 30k would solve every fuc*ing problem I have. People are STRUGGLING out here, 70k is a shit ton of money to the average Joe. Come on. 💔 talking about it like it’s nothing literally makes me want to cry.

I think she's referring to MJ's situation though. MJ called the difference "a couple bucks" on another podcast and said it wasn't about that. MJ is a multimillionaire and I believe most of the cast was paid comparable money to appear. It was poor wording because it's definitely not true that it wouldn't make or break anyone's life, but I think she was speaking non-literally about how with the reality star cast it was not a huge sum for anyone there. That's part of why I enjoy the civilian seasons more, there's more personal drama because people really need the money.

@@geoffingoff yeah you’re right that all makes sense. Word choice matters and what we say impacts people but when you’ve been wealthy a long time it’s easy to lose touch with reality and perhaps not consider people who aren’t in the same boat as you. I love the reality people because I like second doses of some of my favorites, but the civilian seasons are def more rewarding for viewers 🥹

Trishelle not knowing about her taxes and saying “I don’t know my husband does all that” can be a dangerous place to exist. (Theresa RHONY).. I’m not saying her husband is untrustworthy but it’s always a good idea to know whats going on with the money you earned. Unexpected things do happen.

The only thing that irritated me was with MJ being irritated. She had ZERO game play and Zero strategy. not to mention she voted incorrectly every round table till the end when she finally started listening to the other side and understanding who the traitors accctuallly were. She coasted the entire way through. CT and Trishelle worked their actual butts off, in challenges and the game. So happy they both won.

Peter would be insane not to answer united airlines as his best source of income/benefits. I know first hand at least how good it can be (I’m not one but I know someone really well that was) to be a pilot and to be a retired pilot and also how amazing a pilots wife can have it…even when the airline has been sold and the pilot has passed…it’s insane what pilots can get. Legacy airline…yep…amazing financial life.

Trishelle, the Peter Pals alliance wasn't gaslighted by the other group. Given that there are "unspoken" alliances, but you guys were so vocal about yours and literally shun people away which is neither a good strategy nor is it a nice thing to do in general. The thing Sandra was saying at the pool table and making the other group aware of the situation and pointing out what was needed to be done was a REACTION to your group being pompous and exclusionary. That's not gaslighting.
