Thank you so much Peppermint for paving a way for LGBTQ represention on Traitors and making an impact. It is so powerful to see your inner and outer beauty on this show, even if it was short lived. You are a trailblazer and it takes bravery/courage to even be in the room with these people that have not had experiences with trans people. It is clear you were a threat simply by being an outsider to these cliques of reality show contestants. My dream is for you to be invited back (like Kate was this season, I need/want to see more of you in this show)

It makes so much sense. Deontay and Maksim BOTH knew that what was happening to Peppermint was BS!! That’s why Maksim laughed at the table when she was eliminated and why Deontay eliminated himself after they eliminated Maksim

I loved this interview. Tiffany and Peppermint both of your hair looked great. Loved the shirt Big D. I love Peppermint. I love that she keeps fighting for herself despite the foolishness going on around her. I wish all the best for her. So beautiful inside and out. ❤

Great interview. I knew there was something that turned me off with Trishelle when that whole Peppermint situation went down. I couldn’t shake the feeling. Now I know my intuition was right. Thank you for sharing her story.

As Derek mentioned.. I searched Peppermint/Madonna… I totally LOL!! But quick question… was Trishelle one of the judges sitting at the table? It sure looked like her. Anywho.. this was a great interview. Thank you for bringing her on and giving her a chance to share more about her experiences on the show! 👑

Lol it most definitely was NOT Trishelle, she is not nearly a big enough star to sit at the judges table 🤣

Love this interview!! I wanted to love this season but will never forget how Peppermint was done so dirty and how obvious that production favored Trishelle throughout. I agree that there is a privilege and bias problem within our LGBTQ+ community and I also agree that Production although doesn't care about fairness when it comes to any given show, that they love to rake in on representation and diversity when it seems fitting for their purpose. I agree that casting this season although exciting when you have 'connections' or people who have history with each other, that it was unfair that Peppermint didn't have at least one other LGBTQ+ ally, and it didnt even have to be from Drag Race, like you couldnt get Project Runway person or get someone like Law Roach to be on?! Also agreed that just because Trishelle won the show, doesnt entitle her to being protected by ridicule and backlash of how she presented herself on tv. Like no I dont suddenly like her just because she is an ally, I didnt feel bad for her when she was ousted first on the first season of Challenge All-Stars even though she made up with Aneesa by then, it was still a sour subject of her even coming back to reality tv and I just feel like thats her gig to make herself to be seen not in a bad light. Peppermint read the hell out of Trishelle with this interview! I would hope for Peppermint to be asked back for an actual chance to play, but I also feel like Pep doesnt need this show for any type of gain.
