Have you tried the Journey of the Knights mission? It's REALLY difficult because you need to keep all Arthurian units alive or you lose. There are lots of killing pits and man traps so you're going to have to use Arthur to tank. And whilst they can't attack Arthur and your knights your castle is prone to being captured due to huge sieges. I'm currently struggling playing it. It's so difficult but so fun as well!

@@Codicc There's a part 1 and part 2. Crazy that I tried part 1 and am still stuck on it. What sucks is that all factions attack you (I think. I haven't made it to when Arturanian units attack) and you can't have crossbowmen. This sucks because of all the giants. You can't even trade goods other than buying pitch so...yeah. It's so difficult!

@@Codicc Oh and I skipped to part II. It's much easier to defend and I almost completed it. Key word is ALMOST. However since you apparently need to make sure no enemies are left on the map...well let's just say the amount of enemies attacking my knights ended up killing them. Just a heads up though: Save VERY often on part II. Once you break through 1 wall SAVE because there are many ways they can quickly kill you.

Man, those burning carts look so useless. I mean, they got the job done eventually but at what cost :D Either I don't get their purpose or it's a poor design of that unit :) On a side note, I love your editing style!

Oh yeah 100%! The burning carts are easily countered by ranged units, so they might be the single most useless piece of equipment in the game haha. Thank you, that is very kind of you to say! When I play Stronghold 2/Legends, I always get really low frame rate. Was wondering if you ever came across this issue. Even my old computer that used to run the game well doesn’t run it well anymore

I had the issue where if I moved my mouse it would lag. If you have that issue; play the game on windowed. That fixed it for me. Ordinary lag, I'm not sure.. Maybe try and run the game through: 'Windows 7 Compatibility'. Just right click on the Stronghold.exe click on properties, compatibility and click on 'run this program for' and click on windows 7. Hope that works
