What do ya think? Even without a generator that house is arguably THE BEST among zomboids popular mainstream map mods. Throw up a couple layers of walls at the entrance accompanied by double doors for a neigh impregnable base. If your using "Solar panel" mods, it stands as a kings castle.

It’s definitely a solid spot for sure, easy to defend BUT the amount of trees and distance from town is my only negative to it, having to track back through that zed filled mess would scare me too much to base out here. Permanent water and food source make it more than worth it though
