The TreeVal Pipeline (BGA24)

The TreeVal Pipeline is presented by Will Eagles, Yumi Sims and Damon-Lee Pointon all of which are Senior Bioinformaticians in Sanger's Tree of Life Assembly Team.
This NF-Core compliant pipeline generates data which enables the manual curation of genomic assemblies in the Darwin Tree of Life Project, part of the Earth Biogenome Project.
